Two FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) robotics teams from Garrett County will be traveling to Atlanta in April to compete in an international robotics competition.
Both teams are seeking community donations to help pay for travel and accomodations.

Team 2764: NeXTGEN from Southern Middle School will be competing in the FIRST LEGO League World Festival.
Team 1629: GaCo from Southern and Northern High Schools will be competing in the FIRST Robotics Competion Championship Event.
Your donation is Tax Deductible, and any excess funds will be used to support other GEARS technology programs in the area.
